The Company was incorporated on 2nd February, 2005 as a Private Limited Company in the name and style of Jaisukh Dealers Private Limited and converted into a Public Limited Company and obtained a fresh certificate of incorporation dated 8th May, 2013.

At present Mr. Soumen Sen Gupta is the Chairman and Mr. Kishan Kumar Jajodia is the Managing Director of the Company.

The overall management of the Company is managed by the Executive Director under the overall supervision control and guidance of the Board of Directors.
